Here is a little "Food for thought" when Building your Business. You will hear from people in our industry refer to "Upline" and Downline". What they mean is... "Upline" are the people who JOINED your Company BEFORE you and therefore must be ABOVE you in the organisation. "Downline" are the people who YOU have INTRODUCED into your Business and the ones they they have introduced into their businesses and so on... and obviously they will be BELOW you. I do not like this Terminology, therefore I use my OWN! I REPLACE "Upline" with "ADVISORY LINE". These people are only above you BECAUSE they JOINED before you! Therefore they SHOULD know MORE about this Company's business opportunity because they have been in LONGER than You! So, I encourage EVERYONE to USE their "ADVISORY LINE" as not only should they know MORE than you BUT they also EARN an INCOME from YOUR EFFORTS! So, MAKE USE OF THEM! By using "ADVISORY LINE" I try to encourage people to go to your "ADVISORY LINE" for advice! (The better that you perform - the more they earn through your efforts!) I REPLACE "Downline" with "MY TEAM". I have introduced them to the Business and helped them get their people into their business and I get rewarded for that with earning an income from THEIR efforts! TEAM stands for Together Everyone Acheives More. The illustration below shows that you "Introduce" just 4 new Independant Business Partners into your business every Month for 7 months (YOUR FIRST Level) and TEACH them and Help them to ALSO bring in their 4 new Independant Business Partners into THEIR business every month (YOUR SECOND Level), for 7 months. You ONLY need to BUILD your business down to 2 Levels because IF you have done your job properly in Teaching YOUR TEAM members the business, then they WILL automatically DUPLICATE this action too AND these members in your TEAM will BUILD your Business for you as they are Building THEIR own Businesses to 2 levels deep! It is a case of "Monkey see, Monkey do!" In other words, your TEAM members will do what YOU do. And if YOU do NOTHING... They will DO NOTHING!. (You are teaching them what you were taught and if you were not taught properly then go upwards into your "ADVISORY LINE" for HELP.) Have a look at the income column on the right hand side of "The Power Of 4" and then look at the income on the right hand side of "The Power Of 5". NOW, You decide if it is WORTHWHILE bringing in just ONE extra person a Month!   NOTE: These two above examples are based on the fact that you bring in 4 and 5 NEW Members a month for SEVEN Months, everyone purchases 2 Products per month ($100.00), these Members do the SAME and that the Payout is based on 5% per level! It does NOT take into account that YOU receive...  Enroller, Team Business Building and Matching Bonuses in these 7 levels, Vip Autoship Bonuses These are at 7%, NOT 5% as the illustration above.
